A Dream Realized

The Metro family of churches (M1) has long desired to offer its families and communities an option for Christian education. The educational umbrella of the M1 family has included a homeschool COOP for early elementary, middle school, and high school. For post high school ministry training Metro has been the Purpose Institute (PI) campus for Northeastern Oklahoma. Most recently ORU and Metro entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) which permits PI graduates and/or members of the M1 family to enroll in an undergraduate program at a fraction of the regular expense. The further development and launch of Life Purpose Academy extends the passion and pursuit of building tomorrow’s Apostolic leaders through academic excellence.

Life Purpose Academy is launching with the Christian family in mind. Developed with the intent to supplement the parental/guardians’ desires for the adolescents in their care to receive an education with a Biblical worldview.

What to Expect

Life Purpose Academy is a full-time in person academy. Meeting the Oklahoma requirements for instructional hours and curriculum. LPA offers personalized educational plans tailored to the students and governed by their own speed. A typical day will include learning center time, specials; such as music, physical education, etc., and of course recess.LPA facilities will accommodate indoor and outdoor activities including volleyball, basketball and a host of other developmental elements. The classroom incorporates both individual and group learning environments.
